When the Service is Needed
Case replacement is required for cracks on the screen lid (often near hinges or corners), chips or breakage on bottom cover or keyboard frame, chassis deformations (warping, sagging), broken hinge mounts or screw bosses (lid wobbles, screws spin), screen bezel damage after drops, heavy wear or scratches affecting appearance and reliability.
