When the Service is Needed
Cooling system repair or replacement is required at any sign of ineffective heat dissipation or physical cooler/AIO damage. If temperatures stay high after thermal paste replacement and dust cleaning – the problem lies in the cooler, heatpipes, or fans. The service is relevant before upgrading to a hot CPU (Intel 13–14th gen, Ryzen 9000) or GPU, when buying used PC/laptop with suspected cooling problems, when switching to AIO for lower noise and temperatures, and at any mechanical damage (broken fan, bent heatsink fins).
