What the Service Includes
The service covers complete disassembly, inspection of key sections (input filter, active PFC, primary/secondary converters, +12V/+5V/+3.3V rails, 5VSB standby), replacement of faulty parts, and thorough verification. We replace bulging or leaking capacitors with low-ESR equivalents, MOSFETs, diodes, PWM ICs, and check inductors, transformers, protection circuits. Integrates with PC repair if PSU issues affected other components.
When the Service is Needed
PSU repair is required when the PC won't power on, shuts down under load, restarts randomly, shows artifacts, or exhibits burning smell, clicking, or no standby power. Frequent causes: aged capacitors (3–7 years), dust, voltage spikes, or underpowered PSU with high-end GPU. If multimeter readings show unstable or missing rails — repair is usually more economical than replacement.
