Power station diagnostics at Grade is a complete inspection of the device with a detailed report on the condition of each module. The service includes:
- external inspection of housing, ports, cables, fans for damage

- checking input charging ports (DC, AC, solar) and charging speed

- checking BMS condition: overcharge, deep discharge, short-circuit protection
- diagnostics of inverter (pure/modified sine wave, overload, overheating)
- testing MPPT charge controller (for solar-input models)
- testing display, charge level indication, error messages
- checking cooling system (fans, thermal sensors, operation under load)
- measuring standby leakage current
- testing all buttons, switches, and touch elements
- reading and decoding error codes (if present)
- issuing a detailed report: what works, what needs repair/replacement
- recommendations for further use or repair
Diagnostics is performed using professional load modules, multimeters, oscilloscopes, thermal cameras, and battery testers.
